Primary Care Doctor in Fort Worth

Primary care for adults in Fort Worth, with a doctor who listens

Our Approach

Care that starts with listening, not a clock

Switching doctors, or finding one after a move, should not mean a long wait followed by a ten-minute appointment. Each of our physicians is board-certified in internal medicine, the specialty built around adult health. The first visit is spent learning your history: what you take, what runs in your family, what has and has not worked before. From there you get one plan that covers everything, kept up to date by a team that shares your records. New patients are welcome, and we keep room on the schedule so a first visit does not mean waiting weeks.

Excellent care and a welcoming environment. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive from the moment you walk in, and the doctors take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and truly care. Highly recommended for quality medical care in Fort Worth.

Why Choose Us

Four reasons patients stay with us

Specialists in Adult Health

Every physician here is board-certified in internal medicine, which means years of training focused on adults: chronic conditions, medications, and the way both change over a lifetime. Physician assistants and a family nurse practitioner round out the team.

Never Hurried

Patients keep using the same words in their Google reviews: listened, explained clearly, never rushed. That is the pace we aim for in every exam room, on the busiest days too.

Quick Access to Care

Same and next-day openings are a standing priority Monday through Friday, bloodwork is drawn in the office with many results during the visit, and video visits cover the follow-ups that do not need an exam.

One Team, Shared Records

When your usual doctor is out, you can see another provider in the group instead of waiting, and whoever you see works from the same chart and the same plan.

Conditions We Treat

Everyday and long-term conditions, managed here

Diabetes Care

Blood sugar plans built for your life, with labs run in our office and a diabetic eye exam (retinal screening) available on site to catch complications early.

Blood Pressure Control

Regular checks and medication adjustments to lower your numbers and protect your heart and kidneys over the years.

Asthma, COPD & Breathing Problems

Our primary care team diagnoses and manages asthma, COPD, bronchitis, pneumonia, and a cough that will not go away, without sending you across town first.

Long-Term Condition Management

One practice keeping track of several conditions at once, so medications, labs, and specialist notes fit together instead of competing.

Physician-Guided Weight Loss

A doctor-led plan for losing weight safely; when a GLP-1 medication is a good fit for your health, we prescribe it and monitor your progress.

Colds, Flu & Sudden Illness

Sinus and ear infections, UTIs, rashes, flu, and minor injuries are handled by your own doctors; we prioritize same and next-day openings so you have somewhere to go besides the ER.

Cholesterol & Heart Risk

Lab checks, straightforward advice, and medication when needed to bring cholesterol down and lower your risk of heart disease.

Thyroid Disorders

Bloodwork, the right dose of medication, and follow-up for an underactive or overactive thyroid, handled within your regular care.

Our Services

Services handled under one roof

Yearly Physicals & Preventive Checkups

A full exam and age-appropriate screenings each year, so small changes get caught before they become problems.

In-Office Bloodwork

Labs are drawn on site, with many results back during the visit, so decisions about your care do not wait on a phone call.

Same-Day & Walk-In Care

We prioritize keeping same-day openings available Monday through Friday. Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays; text us first so we can confirm a slot before you make the drive.

Video Visits & Remote Monitoring

Secure telehealth appointments for follow-ups and questions that do not need a hands-on exam, and remote patient monitoring for the few patients whose care calls for it.

Minor Procedures

Skin biopsy, mole removal, liquid nitrogen treatment, joint injections, and ingrown toenail care are done by our own providers, which spares you a separate referral and a second wait.

Pre-Surgery Physicals & Clearance

A pre-surgery physical and any needed bloodwork, completed promptly, with the results sent straight to your surgeon.

Meet Your Providers

A physician-led group, working from one plan

Four Board-Certified Physicians, One Coordinated Team

New patients often ask which doctor they will be assigned to. The answer is a group that works together. Ravi Siripurapu, MD, Suresh Kankanala, MD, Ganesh Arun, DO, and Chandramohan Mudaliar, MD lead the practice; each is board-certified in internal medicine, the specialty built around adult health, and each works alongside experienced physician assistants and a family nurse practitioner.

As a team they cover the everyday ground of adult primary care: yearly physicals and screenings, diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol management, thyroid conditions, asthma and COPD, sudden illness, medical weight loss, medication monitoring, and labs drawn in the office.

Because the group shares one set of records and one plan for you, seeing a different provider when yours is out keeps your care moving instead of starting it over, and more providers means more openings. Offices in Fort Worth and Weatherford, telehealth visits, and a standing priority on same and next-day openings keep access simple.

If you are not sure who to book with or which visit type fits, text us or request an appointment and we will point you to the right next step.

Often within a day or two. Keeping same and next-day openings available Monday through Friday is a priority for us, and new patients in Fort Worth are often seen the same or next day. Primary Care for Adults in Fort Worth

When people search for a primary care doctor in Fort Worth, most of them want the same two things: a physician who knows their history and an office that can fit them in. Medical Associates of North Texas is built for exactly that, for adults of every age. Our physicians are board-certified in internal medicine, doctors who specialize in adults, which matters because adult health rarely arrives one problem at a time. Blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid disease, asthma or COPD, and the medications for each tend to overlap, and an internist is trained to manage them together. Yearly physicals and screenings find trouble early. Sudden illness is seen quickly: we prioritize keeping same and next-day openings available Monday through Friday, and walk-ins are asked to text ahead so we can confirm a slot. Patients juggling several diagnoses, including those on dialysis, living with or after cancer, or recovering from a transplant, are welcome, with our physicians co-managing alongside their specialists. Family doctor, general practitioner, internist: the names differ, the care does not, and it comes from one team with an office in Fort Worth and another in Weatherford.

What Happens Inside Our Fort Worth Office

A lot of the care that other practices send out for happens in our own exam rooms. Bloodwork is drawn on site and many results come back during the visit, so a medication change or a next step can often be decided the same day. Our providers perform skin biopsies, mole removal, liquid nitrogen treatment, joint injections, and ingrown toenail care themselves. Diabetic patients can have their diabetic eye exam, a retinal screening, done here. Home sleep studies are arranged through the office. Surgery clearance, including the pre-surgery physical, is completed promptly and the results go directly to your surgeon. Weight loss here is guided by a physician, with GLP-1 medications prescribed when they are appropriate for you and your plan’s coverage checked first. Well woman exams and pap smears are provided by the female providers on our team. Telehealth video visits cover follow-ups and questions that do not need a hands-on exam. All of it is led by Ravi Siripurapu, MD, Suresh Kankanala, MD, Ganesh Arun, DO, and Chandramohan Mudaliar, MD, all board-certified in internal medicine, with physician assistants and a family nurse practitioner working from the same chart, so a visit with any of them picks up where the last one ended.

Two Locations, One Number

Our Fort Worth office is at 1023 Lipscomb St, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76104, and our Weatherford office is at 2111 Fort Worth Hwy, Weatherford, TX 76086. Both are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and both answer the same phone and text line, 972-544-6600, with the same board-certified physicians leading care at each. Most people start with a text, and we reply to set a time. Online scheduling shows current openings and lets you choose the office, the provider, and the kind of visit, and the question form on this page works for anyone who wants an answer before booking. We accept most major insurance plans, and a quick text or call before your first visit lets us check your coverage. On Google, more than 1,800 patients have given the practice 4.8 stars, and the comments return to the same themes: a friendly, caring staff, doctors who explain things in plain language, and appointments that never feel rushed. We see adults only. New patients are welcome at either office, and room is kept on the schedule so your first visit is not weeks away.
